1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard shipping times vary based on your location:

    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

    • Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days

    • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

  • Orders below ₹999 will have a shipping charge of ₹50-₹100, depending on the delivery location.

  • Any additional customs duties or taxes (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers will receive an email with tracking details.

  • You can track your order via our courier partner's website.

5. Undelivered or Lost Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at [officialtoybag@gmail.com].

  • If the package is lost or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will not be responsible for a refund or replacement.

  • If your order is lost in transit due to courier issues, we will initiate a replacement or refund after verification.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

7. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability of the recipient, re-shipping charges will apply.

  • In case the customer refuses delivery, only the product amount will be refunded (excluding shipping charges).
